Shipped 2 apps in 2 months. I will increase those numbers to 2-3 apps per month.
Putting in the work is one of your moats. If someone wants the same thing as you, they will need to work just as hard as you did a few months/years ago.

OFX Converter probably won't make 1k MRR anytime soon. Customers won't pay for file conversion. I will create a blog to improve the site's SEO, but I will move to something else. My goal is to create something useful enough that will generate 1k MRR in a few months.
Lesson: Don't buy domains just because they are easy to pronounce. I bought Varmedy dot com last year to ship a DICOM img anonymizer app, but the name doesn't make sense, to be honest

I just saw @YoniSmolyar saying that he recorded 400 videos on Instagram (I follow him there). It looks like that has changed his life, and the 400 days would've passed anyway, so he completely changed his life by just doing something consistent for 1 hour every day
I just realized that people add their app and MRR on their bio to bring conversions AND to build authority at the same time. If someone is making 50k off of a website, you want to click on the link and see what the app is about. Great strategy
