Many are still waiting for the "real" altseason because "retail hasn’t arrived yet." Retail did come, during memecoin season mainly, and got flushed out. For 2 years they have been onboarded to Robinhood and other gamified stock apps that made it extremely easy to enter/close…
My rationale for the current short.
Haven’t posted since April. Took a few weeks back then to refine a perp strategy, and I’ve been profitable every month since May. Now looking to scale into a $BTC short in the $116K–120K range. I'll be TP'ing around $107K–110K. If we then get a bounce to $112k+, I'll short again.
The breakout and retest were successful. Higher. Let's go back to portfolio ATH this week.

We close slightly below $83.65k (or prior day's bottom on any exchange), and the NASDAQ did too. We're likely to go lower over the next 24 hours. Depending on tomorrow's close, I might open a giga long by end of day.

If $BTC closes above $83,650 today, expect it back at resistance in the $85k's tomorrow. Otherwise, we'll retest $83k. Looks like pretty good risk-reward.
