It’s back to school season! 🍏 For students, practicing and incorporating mindfulness and meditation into a daily routine is a proven way to manage your awareness and attention, helping you deal with the constant flow of thoughts and anxiety that accompanies college study.
You did the work, you made the changes. This is where you are now, and it’s time to recognize that it all added up. Give yourself a pat on the back. You deserve it. ❣️
Deep breathing is one of the easiest ways to take care of yourself. Take 10 deep breaths, one after another. 🧘♂️
It’s often the smallest moments in life that contain the most meaning. 🦋
Overthinking means trying to make sense of a difficult situation. Processing means letting go of our need to have it all figured out.
Our greatest moments, memories, and experiences aren’t defined by their magnitude or greatness, but by the people who fill them and give them life. ✨
Breathe deeply for a moment. Notice the sensations of breathing in and out. Notice the sound of it. Feel it in your belly. Let it calm you. Let it ground you. It will return you to present. 🌱
