Ok an update from #ual #UnitedAirlines crappy service. They tell me it takes 4-6 hrs to deliver my bag to my hotel if it even makes it to Hkg. I’m 40 mins from the airport. Why 6hrs?? #wtf crappy #UnitedAirlines

United Airlines #ual terrible service. I check in at DIA first class seat check a bag 100 mins before flt was supposed to take off. We show up 50 mins late in SFO. Now I arrive in Hong Kong and no luggage. WTF? They tell me I might see it later tonight after 10pm
