@nrms6zhkzx @EpsilonTheory Which is why banks generally lend floating rate. For fixed rate loans like a standard .ortgage they hedge at origination. Assuming prepays as expected and no hedge counterparty defaults..... should be ok absent credit losses (payment defaults)

@goddek Pakistani mulberry, pomegranate, finger lime, dragon fruit. Also plan out so you dont get all your fruit at once. Try to have something fruiting and something flowering at all times. Good for you and the polinizers.

@spencerpratt Challenge it. The gap between late voting and early voting trends is suspicious. Also the California voting system is unique in the US and the world and so should be scrutinized. If nothing else, a strong and legal challenge will bring transparency and enlighten voters.
