Lender - Agent relationships are basically like polygamy. Agents are loyal to one lender while lenders are dating the entire MLS. Agents have to try and keep their lenders from finding out about eachother while lenders get to openly flaunt their harem.

Was pulling out of the vet parking lot (with a very stressed out cat) waiting to turn onto the road when a biker rode around behind my car and smacked it with his hand. He was mad that I was blocking the sidewalk. The SIDEWALK. Where he’s not supposed to be riding….

Not sure who needs to hear this: IF you think rent’s too high and homes are unaffordable. AND you don’t like real estate developers. AND you want it to be harder for them to build: They build less, there’s less supply, and housing becomes more expensive for you. Obviously.
