@LFC Hi, I have been a life long LFC fan, and I was just wondering whether the club is doing any sort of tribute to our longest standing former Chairman David Moores? I was disappointed that at our 1st home game of the season there was no tribute?

@LutzSchueler I was promised that I would be able to keep my landline number – hence why I decided to take a package with Virgin Media. I made it clear (your calls are recorded) that if this is not going to be possible then I would decline.

@LutzSchueler Surely it cannot take this long for this issue to be sorted. I have been extremely patient – however it’s now beyond a joke. This is very quickly going to escalate all over social media. I look forward to hearing from you with my issue being sorted.

@LutzSchueler So what I want is the following:- 1. Why was I lied to? 2. Why has no one contacted me? (surely it can’t 3 months) 3. Why am I being told that my number has been ported – when it hasn’t? 4. Please tell me why none of the above has happened.

@LutzSchueler I have had 2 what’s app conversations – stating that all is now sorted – I still have these messages on my what’s app by virgin media staff. I have made over 10 phone calls to you and I am being passed from pillar to post.

@LutzSchueler Do you think it’s acceptable for your sales team to lie and do you think it’s acceptable for me to chase now for 3 months and still have no answer? I have made numerous complaints through your web forms – no answer.

@LutzSchueler I moved into my new home in November 2021 and since then I have been chasing Virgin Media to sort out the porting on my landline number. How many phone calls do you think I have been promised back by Virgin Media?.. well let me tell its more half dozen times
