@santanderukhelp Can someone pass this conversation on to the live chat team and ask them to contact me because as far as I am aware I have been talking to the live chat team the whole time. Is this not Santander UK help? Where does it tell me the team name.

@santanderuk I am trying to find the APR on my credit card but really struggling. Was on hold for nearly 2 hours yesterday so is there a simpler way? Thanks

@santanderukhelp So we are doing really well here, 2 hours on hold last night, all day on here until someone understands what I’m looking for only to be told ring customer services. What a complete waste of everyone’s time. Can’t they ring me and stop wasting everyone’s times?

@santanderukhelp That’s a monthly rate for purchases and cash transactions. What about any balance that comes off 0% or an actual APR. Please?? I really need this as soon as possible
