@CollinJHumphrey There has to be a reason to shake things up. I agree, most people not willing to take a chance unless a drastic outside force

My read on the home prices we're seeing is that they are unfortunately fair or even undervalued. These older homes are selling mostly on land value, not on the condition of the structure. They’re expired and need more than a facelift. They need new everything. But in a market this tight, the physical depreciation isn’t really driving the price. When the cost of tearing one down and rebuilding is higher than the current asking price, the existing house can still look reasonably priced or even cheap relative to replacement cost. The depreciation of being old is just getting looked over to serious buyers.

turns out cold plunging after strength training reduces muscle growth by up to 40%. meanwhile sauna after training increases growth hormone by 200-300%. the cold plunge industry is a $4 billion fad...meanwhile the sauna has 5,000 years of evidence behind it. sauna > cold plunge

Shocking new MRI study on 3–5 year olds: Just 2 hours of interactive screen time per day is linked to measurable loss of white matter in the brain. Professor Mike Nagel (University of the Sunshine Coast): “White matter is myelin — it insulates axons like plastic on a wire.

PSA: Sauna blankets are not saunas. thanks for calling this out @CoachDanGo

4) Sauna blankets. Saunas are one of the best health tools on the planet. Sauna blankes are not. It's literally wrapping yourself in heated plastic and calling it wellness. You don't need a study for this one. You just need common sense.

YES - "One of the hardest things to overcome for most people in starting a home gym is the fact that they don't have the real estate"

I want to see home gym furniture become more popular. Why have just a bed, when your bed could also be a squat rack?

@thegarybrecka Seems like most are saying sauna, and I agree. Cold shower covers my need for a cold plunge. Sauna is harder to replicate.

It blows my mind that someone would rather park expensive cars in their garage than have this.

Sauna buys you time. Weak Immunity: sauna. Congested: sweating/sauna Stuck lymph: sweating/sauna. Brain fog: sweating/sauna. High toxin load: sweating/sauna. Work with chemicals (hairdressers): sweating/sauna. Bad oral health: sweating/sauna. High inflammation: sweating/sauna. Slow metabolism: sweating/sauna. Heavy training weeks: sweating/sauna. Sedentary desk life: sweating/sauna. Bloat and puffiness: sweating/sauna. Winter blues: sweating/sauna. One too many take outs: sweating/sauna. Love make up and synthetic perfumes: sweating/sauna. We are all striving to be a little better every day, but if I had to invest in one tech: sweating/sauna.
