sorry state AirIndia @airindia flights-4 And the worst part, the cost of ticket was most expensive after United, which is only other option for a no-stop flight. This was my first time with Air India (which I thought would be better now after TATA takeover)and will be last too.

What a sorry state AirIndia -3 @airindia flights . Hardly any movies in the system, and to pass time if you start watching one, the screen suddenly went off. For which even the crew had no answer. What they can also do with these last century worn out planes.

AirIndia Bad state @airindia Age old screens which work with remotes, and 2 out of which in our 3 seats weren’t working. Lights also same , and by chance if light gets on, then the remote stops working, and you can’t put off the light.

What a sorry state AirIndia @airindia flights are in! It was pathetic traveling in its one of longest route Direct flight (Del-US) Seats are broken and torn, hand rests also broken and worn out. Everything around your seat is either broken or not working out.
