Being disabled is the most humiliating thing I’ve ever experienced. As if it isn’t bad enough for you to have to suffer with a disability, everyone makes it their problem. Like, I’m sorry it’s difficult for YOU. Imagine how I feel. Please just stop, I just want to feel normal.

Everyone at my new job uses my preferred pronouns and name, but I’m not out to everyone yet. I’m waiting for one of my friends to come into the store to say hi and have them use my preferred name and them to just be like ?? Lol its gonna happen at some point

A little girl just came up to me and asked me why I have a cane. Her mother came up and apologized, I just bent down and explained that my brain and legs don’t work like they’re supposed to and she said “I think your cane looks awesome so who cares right?” Cutest shit ever.

I want to come out to my friends but like some people I don’t talk to regularly and I feel like just out of the blue saying “hey I’m transitioning” would be weird. Ugh how do I come out to everyone😅😂
