Can't even describe how much I hate what AI has done to the process of grading student work. I hate finding it, I hate the paranoia it fosters, I hate the confrontations with students who have used it. Nothing else in my experience has ever changed my job this much for the worse

It is ridiculous how quickly the expectations changed from growth at all costs to generating free cash flows to survive the next 2 to 3 years since raising funds might be tougher. It is almost impossible for businesses to quickly adapt, especially the larger ones. 2/7

Past decade has seen the passing away of many investing greats: Walter Schloss, Jack Bogle, David Swensen, Lou Simpson. While they treaded different paths, all belonged to investing's greatest generation (I use the word loosely). One that started with Buffett in Graham's class.
