02/09/2020: 62.9KG, I think I’m going to be restricting a bit higher than 400/500 cals a day, it just lead to binges and gaining again when I did that but also idk
Fuck, was at my lowest in years this morning and I binged bc my mom surprised us with sushi, so I downed a bucket of mini chocolate chip cookies afterwards aswell
