I’ve been pretty happy with all the tech choices we’ve made at thatworks.ai. We use a standard react/nodejs/k8s stack but some of these older JS libs are just terrible. For nodejs, we replaced webpack with esbuild and our build time improved by 120x! create-react-app…

This is a really good read. Selling SaaS is *hard* and requires excelling in product, sales, vision, and GTM strategy simultaneously. Getting only a few of those right is insufficient.
