@FgoTim @JoshYoung @ryancohen If you use a currency arguably worth nothing ($GME stock) to buy something that has value ($EBAY stock), that is value accretion. If the market and shareholders approve it, that is smart on @ryancohen’s part.

@JoshYoung What is clear is that Sorkin and Quick do not understand finance or transaction math or dilution and acrretion. $GME can issue the stock at the current price to fund the deal and the remainder is cash. @ryancohen does not understand the question because the question is so stupid
