Everyone thinks it's Article V allowing the Constitution to be amended, but in reality it's Article III. Theoretically, nothing stops a party with a majority in Congress and the White House from abolishing all lower courts, establishing new courts in their place, doubling the size of the Supreme Court, and, in doing so, gaining absolute control over the Judiciary at all levels of government and thus eliminating any opposition to whatever policies they'd like to impose. You want to sue Congress when it grants sweeping powers to the President? The lower courts don't even stay the law. You appeal to the packed Supreme Court? They refuse to hear the case. You complain that the President and Congress have overstayed their term in office? The courts rule that the Constitution does not mandate Federal elections every two years during a state of emergency. You take to the streets and protest? The President declares a state of rebellion and Congress suspends habeas corpus. Any political party sufficiently united in its desire to completely destroy the political system, and having obtained even the slimmest majorities in both the legislative and executive branches, can essentially overthrow any republican system of government. All of this is procedurally allowed. There is no constitutional order, including our own, that can ultimately guarantee its own continuation through constitutional procedures alone.
When will someone use an agent swarm to discover this
I was using ChatGPT for legal advice and it decided to completely hallucinate some preposterous nonsense about how growing wheat to use on my own farm somehow constitutes interstate commerce
Christian music nowadays doesn't even sing about the breakfast options in Hell. And it's a step backwards.
I think that depends on who the bad guy is. Using the Goa’uld against the Replicators is a real world strategy. Unfortunately, the Asgard aren’t there to bail us out w/ beam weapons & transportation tech now that the Jaffa armies are controlled by Ba’al. Now we’re stuck fighting the enemy that we helped create.
@nypost I’m confused by this headline. What does the manaufacturer of the car have to do with this drunk and reckless driver? Are Chevy and BMW drivers unable to commit crimes in their vehicles?

@BaronDestructo This is why Hollywood has writers’ rooms instead of writer’s rooms. Funny, but obviously a “passion project.” lol Thanks for keeping the torch burning for Stargate and great television during the dark days. #SaveStargate We love you.
All the time, God is good!
Hey @AmazonMGMStudio! You had an incredible showrunner in Martin Gero, who brought in Oscar-winning production designer Nathan Crowley and Emmy-winning VFX supervisor Mohen Leo. You had world-class talent. So what happened? #SaveStargate #SDCC
@trothmetalcraft @CNviolations This is Briel Adams Wheatley. I’ll leave it up to you to decide dude or not.
I’m convinced that whomever runs this X account is just engagement farming now. Please stop taunting us @AmazonMGMStudio and #SaveStargate
Drop a movie or TV show that you never wanted to end.
@AmazonMGMStudio We need Martin Gero’s Stargate. You gave us press releases, and then you gave us leadership and hiring decisions. That was all it took. We’re hooked! We NEED it. #SaveStargate
