In my 9-5, I will spend 1 hour to attend a meeting to discuss about how we need align and collaborate more. In my side hustle startup, I will spend same 1 hour building a new workflow to reduce sign up from 30secs to 15secs, test and deploy the new feature using no-code. 😐
