I believe you meant to use “man” as more of an exclamation, rather than a noun. If that’s the case, use a vocative comma. If not, The only thing I have to say is … “That’s what she said.”

Strange use of a comma, unless you want to encourage people to power through their meds. Try hyphens: power-through-your-day medicine. No free ads, so I won’t call out this offender.
