I have questions about the design of coffee table books: definitely book design (not graphic design), but with relatively little text (on most pages) and images dominant. (The actual texts are art lectures). Good authorities to consult?

Huh. @GetTransfercom refuses to refund a taxi ride I made a simple error in booking (near midnight, wrong day), but the driver tells me they only got 30%. That's ~£100 profit for nothing. Customer support just robotically repeats that I didn't pay £20 for a refundable booking.
