Christians can go to counseling. Christians can be on medications. Christians can have depression. Christians can have anxiety. AND CHRISTIANS CAN HAVE HOPE that one day Jesus will wipe away every tear & heal every illness. Chemical imbalances can’t overpower Christ on the cross.

I prayed and checked Twitter daily to see if she had been healed. I’m shocked and saddened to hear that @rachelheldevans passed today. She was an inspiration to me in her courage to confront controversial evangelical issues, and an important voice for our generation💔
