So great to see France leading the way here. I can't imagine more than 1 or 2 of these being implemented nationally in the US, but it really is about politics and nothing else. We're still here incentivizing EVs and expanding highways 🙄

City council is now trying to exclude us from the ballot because they don’t want to change #Boulder’s exclusionary housing laws. Now we’re going to court to protect your right to vote.

last evening, Boulder City Council killed democracy to fight @BoulderBedrooms which is a fair housing change to Boulder's charter. it was the most disgusting and undemocratic action I have ever seen from an elected body.
