@Pete_Monahan_JD @Pete694200 @ReichlinMelnick protest all you want, that’s absolutely your right. But maybe don’t do it in the entrance road blocking a fed facility & then suddenly act shocked when FLE steps in & you get a pepper ball to the face. The 1st protects your speech, not your right to shut down access to a building

@PhilaUnion @opencup regular updates would be nice, even if it’s just to say we’re still holding, makes us believe you remembered we’re all still waiting out here in the heat and humidity .

@PhilaUnion 30k views, 63 replies & not one of them is positive to what these two had to say. pretty sure that’s a sign need to remember, at the end of the day, where the money really comes from - and they don’t sound pleased - but maybe some new ultra premium seating options will help?

@PhilaUnion Do what’s best for the team: Take accountability, admit the limits, and bring in outside investment to strengthen those resources.

@PhilaUnion In a world of teams w/ big budgets, sounds like the Union are finally admitting they just don’t have the resources to play with the big boys. Once again, they're banking on a budget development approach for future success.

@DarthEldniw @RealShelfy @Embiitch @CrossingBroad sorry , your wrong .. whether we like it or not,, that is exactly the type of speech that has always been protected . Look at the similar vile hate the Westboro f’s spew.. yet SCOTUS has ruled it’s constitutionally protected in Snyder v. Phelps (2011)

@RealShelfy @Embiitch @CrossingBroad cause your mindlessly defending the actions of someone, who quite frankly, should know better and really hold themselves to a higher standard. but you are right. this is a dumb ass debate ..

@RealShelfy @Embiitch @CrossingBroad surrounding him? nope. not letting him leave? nope again. instigating a response. sure.. but does that fall into the definition of threatening someone? go ask your lawyer friend, if he’s a half decent one, he’ll tell you the same ..

@DarthEldniw @RealShelfy @Embiitch @CrossingBroad calling someones brother a hateful, derogatory term for who they date is far from anything that can be found in legal statute to consider a threat .. but please , find some legal code that proves me wrong.

@DarthEldniw @RealShelfy @Embiitch @CrossingBroad i really don’t care enough to keep debating this. but please define verbal assault? was it a threat or intimidation? was it repeated harassment? were they fighting words with the sole intent to provoke an immediate violent response?

@brushiroll412 @RealShelfy @Embiitch @CrossingBroad i don’t give 2 shots if it would happen or not. that wasn’t the point of my reply. i took issue with the implication that Kelce was in the right

@RatKingCharlie1 @RealShelfy @Embiitch @CrossingBroad deserved? sure.. was he baiting him? maybe…. but that still doesn’t make the above statement that Kelce was legally in the right , correct…. that’s all i’m saying .. i’d still ask why something some mundane like a slur against his brother got him so quickly triggered.

@RealShelfy @Embiitch @CrossingBroad i think we can all agree this kid is a jackass and should learn some manners, but being a jackass shouldn’t result in property destruction and that kind of aggression . That’s a slippery slope we don’t wanna go down.

@RealShelfy @Embiitch @CrossingBroad who? Kelce? he was threatened by that speech, give me an F’n break. Insulting and hateful speech is NOT considered threatening. do some research on this subject.

@brushiroll412 @RealShelfy @Embiitch @CrossingBroad whether we like it or not saying vile, hateful and offensive slurs in public is a right we all have .. BUT smashing personal property on the other hand, is not ..

@RealShelfy @Embiitch @CrossingBroad sorry but your just flat wrong. sure, offensive comments can be provocative, even hurtful , but responding with destruction of someone’s personal property is no court legally justified. just look up how many paparazzi have been awarded damages for celebs destroying cameras.
