@Concentrix who are you? I’ve been being charged monthly from your company and I have been for some time but I am unaware what I’ve been paying for? Thank you

@vinceclothing are you still trading? I placed an order for a jumper and was delivered someone else’s order. I have had no joy in organising the pick up of the wrong delivery and also either a refund or delivery of the £450 jumper which has been paid for

⁦@greateranglia⁩ glad I had a bacteria wipe. Doesn’t look like the cleaning regime is going so well. London Liv Street to Ipswich.

@British_Airways can someone reply to my direct message please, still trying to sort out flight change and getting nowhere.

@British_Airways how do I get help! I have tried to call and repeatedly told to call back on automated message. I have tried online to get an error message, I have sent a direct message and heard nothing and I urgently need to change a flight. What else am I supposed to do?

Hoping to be allowed home today. Just a short note to say thank you for all the love. I felt it so strongly during the darkness last week. I so desperately want the wonderful NHS staff who saved my life, to save the lives of thousands of others too. Please stay at home.

⁦@greateranglia⁩ I’m assuming you mean 2019? It’s tiresome and terribly frustrating experiencing the disaster that is your customer experience and lack of ops planning that should be frankly ops 101. Perhaps at the least check your copy in your comms though! Sigh!

@NETAPORTER how do I contact customer care from your app? I’m trying to organise a return and the app is telling me to contact customer care but no link! Call waiting is off the charts, I’m always on hold.

@bbclaurak Quite pleased it’s a ‘whimper’ as the bbc put it, unusual choice of words for impartial journalism. Too many grand comments and idealistic promises throughout parliament. More action and less of the chat or hype re: the so called ‘huge moments’ the better.

@SP_EnergyPeople You have sent an email to me clearly meant for someone else. I'm not Mrs Muir and I'm sure she wouldnt want me accessing her account.

@British_Airways why are your fares on the app more expensive than on the website for exactly the same times?

@greateranglia no aircon or seat reservations, bravo! If an airline was as bad they would lose customers. disruption is a word the rail system is used to, if only they could be disrupted! Make it more like air travel perhaps with competition on each route!
