@sovereigntylea1 Makes sense, since the brain can't differentiate between real and imagined event. Talking about stuff gives us premature dopamine rush. That's why it's wise to not to reveal your goal.
@sovereigntylea1 First focus on goal and then pushes it without external reward. And let the natural process in dopamine reward. Know when to push and pull.

@sovereigntylea1 It seems easy, but most people need to break away from their harmful circle and it's difficult, it's an addiction. Finding what feels good and provides balance means leaving addictions behind (toxic people too).
@sovereigntylea1 I learned to question myself. The main question: "Why am I doing this to myself?" and... no judgement. nothing is really that good or bad, balance.
