@PeterLawrey Yeah it really shifts the conversation from 'how can we test it' to 'how can we get the most realistic data'. Once you experience this kind of design, other apps feel like...well they don't feel like worth building any more...

@davefarley77 'being paid for taking a nap' would probably also score high, but sometimes you need to deliver a product, so as a leader you tell them what is the better way (XP), or let them self-select around what you think is the better way. I tried both approaches and both times it worked.
