Most people don’t fail their goals. They fail the first two weeks, then quietly quit and call it “timing.” I’m building something that will help to not do that this time. I’m building & running a 100-day challenge in public. Day 1 starts when you say it starts. Not January. Not Monday. If you’ve got a goal you’ve been circling for months, drop it below or better sign up and tell me whether 100 days is the right container for it. 100daychallnge.com

Most people quit on Day 3.
Not because the goal is hard.
Because they never made the daily action stupidly small. Rule for the next 72 hours:
Pick one thing that takes <5 minutes.
Do it. Mark it. Move on. That’s how the 100-day version of you gets built. We’re designing the app so this becomes automatic (streaks, grace days, zero friction).
Waitlist opens soon. What is your current 5-minute non-negotiable

Most people quit challenges around day 20-30.
Not because the goal is hard.
Because the system is soft. We built 100DayChallnge so the system does the heavy lifting: daily check-ins, streak protection, visual progress, and zero fluff. One focused action. 100 days. Compound results. What single daily habit are you locking in right now?

Is X still a thing? Do people really care like they did about Twitter? Just a question, interested in your perspective.

Day 1 of building 100DayChallnge in public. Most challenges die because the only thing holding them together is motivation. We’re flipping it: design a container so tight that quitting takes more effort than showing up. Simple daily rule + visible streak + one non-negotiable structure. That’s the core of the app we’re shipping. What’s the one rule that actually kept you going past day 20?

Cutting to three habits + one streak is the right move. Motivation is useless; containers and constraints are what make habits stick. How are you designing the system so quitting feels harder than continuing? These should give you good entry points for a brand-new account. Engage early on the ones with open questions or active reply threads. Keep your replies consistent with the “systems/containers > motivation” angle and you’ll start looking like the go-to person in this niche.

@Keshavdotdev 99 days is systems, not motivation. Most people quit when it gets boring. What’s the simple daily container or rule that makes showing up automatic for you?

@Ajepako_01 These stick because the default environment supports them. Motivation fades fast. A tight system or container is what actually makes quitting stick. Which one are you designing a system for?

@fw_bigdog Clarity usually shows up once the system replaces the old triggers, not from waiting on motivation. What daily container or rule set are you putting in place while the brain recalibrates?

@MrsAmericanVGov Congrats to you. Long-term sobriety is almost never about willpower. It’s systems and containers that make the old pattern harder than the new one. What’s one non-negotiable structure that keeps you locked in?

@HarpArka Hitting Day 100 is rare. Motivation doesn’t get you there - systems and containers do. What simple structure made continuing easier than stopping for you?

@NVTDanh 64 days in is impressive. Most challenges die because they’re motivation-based. What’s the simple system or container keeping you shipping every single day without relying on hype?

I’ll go first. Longest challenge I ever finished: 100 days of zero alcohol. It wasn’t the hardest thing I’ve done, but it was the one that proved the container matters more than motivation. I’ve also quit plenty of shorter ones (gym streaks that died around day 11, etc.). What’s the longest challenge you’ve actually finished — or the one that broke you?

Day 0 of building 100DayChallnge in public. Most people start a new habit with fireworks and quit by day 12. I’m designing a system that makes quitting harder than continuing. Starting with the simplest possible 100-day container. Who’s currently on (or just failed) a 100-day challenge? Drop it below.
