"What are Republicans for?" -President Biden
They are against infrastructure.
They are against women's rights.
They are against voting rights.
So I will repeat the President's question. What are Republicans for?
Me personally I give Biden an A+ a year in. Political system is broken and he still got us universal vaccines, free tests, thousands in stimulus and child payments, trillions in new government spending. Exited Afghanistan and no big wars on the horizon. A+++
What kind of shampoo does Peter Doocy use?
A furious Sanders on Manchin/Sinema: "It's not just this vote. These are people who I think have undermined the President of the United States. They have forced us to go through five months of discussions which have gotten absolutely nowhere."
When the Supreme Court you packed won't back you, you know you have a problem.
Amy Klobuchar would make a fantastic majority leader
One year ago today, my friends @ossoff and @SenatorWarnock were sworn in. Their leadership elevated voting rights, delivered relief for families and small business, cut child poverty in half, secured investments in infrastructure, tech and more. Thank you, Georgia voters. #gapol
Tonight, 52 Republican Senators voted against democracy.
Sorry, I meant 50 Republican Senators and two hypocrites.
Senator Collins is lying again, and Senator Ossoff is right to call her out. If she supports the Voting Rights Act, as she claims, Lisa Murkowski would not have been the only Republican Senator who cosponsored the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act.
The Republican senators are laughing their asses off at @SenatorSinema behind her back.
No matter your ZIP Code, gender, race, background, or political party, I will never stop fighting for your right to vote.

What kind of man won’t wear a mask in consideration of a vulnerable work colleague?
I am so ashamed to have worked for @kyrstensinema. I had considered her to be, not only my former boss, but a friend that I could count on. That's all gone. I have no idea what happened, but she's not there anymore.
The vote she just took is devastating and dangerous. Period.
So Manchin and Sinema have voted for filibuster change many times for various other bill before, but won’t do it for a voting rights bill. Got it. thehill.com/homenews/senat…
I am profoundly disappointed that the Senate has failed to stand up for our democracy. I am disappointed — but I am not deterred.
We will continue to advance necessary legislation and push for Senate procedural changes that will protect the fundamental right to vote.
I’m not giving up. There’s nothing more important than guaranteeing the right to vote and the right to have that vote counted. Tomorrow, and the next day, and the day after that, we get right back up and get right back in the fight to defend our democracy in every way we can.

Letitia James has more guts than Merrick Garland.
bizarre how workers quitting for higher wages are called "disloyal" but companies laying off workers for higher profits are called "good business people"
We stand on the shoulders of those who shed blood for the right to vote. Some of our ancestors gave their lives for this sacred right.
The Senators that voted against voting rights tonight, did so on the shoulders of Jim Crow and the KKK.
We will continue the fight.
We need at least two more Dem Senators to make Manchin and Sinema completely irrelevant. Let’s get to work.
Ready to continue the battle.
