@AirCanada going on 36hrs w no luggage & traveling w a baby! I've never experienced so much incompetence while traveling. In the last 6m, u've lost our luggage twice on 2 separate vacations.Def never flying w u again! What's the point of baggage fees when u can't keep track of it?

@kyleredington @AirCanada Good luck! It's been 36hrs and we still don't have our luggage! Had to make two Target runs for emergency supplies with a baby. Great way to start a vacation! Never fly @AirCanada again!

@AirCanada Back in Jan you lost our luggage and gave us 20% off to make it up to us. We just got off a flight from YYZ to ORD and low and behold you've lost our luggage again! Both experiences have been awful, especially bc we are now traveling with a baby! #worstairlineever

@AirCanadaRouge not only did we wait 45mins for our stroller at baggage, we just asked an agent where our luggage is and they informed us one container of luggage has been lost in transit! What type of service is this?!? Why is nothing communicated to customers???

@AirCanadaRouge Waiting 40 mins now and still nothing at the baggage carousel! This is ridiculous. I understand the tarmac delays due to weather but this is human error and unacceptable!!!

@AirCanadaRouge horrible horrible service today! 2 hours delayed on the tarmac with a crying 6 month old baby, then get off the plane to find our stroller and car seat have been sent to baggage! 😠😤 WTFFFFF?!
