#DemDebate To all candidates, Asking about all the gun control, with all the restrictions and the states working on taking guns away. Why are people like myself “ law abiding citizen” being punished by all of y’all because of negative people?

@FedEx If anyone gets a chance use any carrier service other than FedEx. Was told today to leave a signed paper with tracking number and they will drop it. They did not drop it now having to drive to Tulsa pick up package and then hand-deliver 30 pieces all over Creek County Tom

@AmericanAir employees said we could only complain about the flight but not the individual that lied and was calling us stupid, nor the one that laughed and said at least she would get to sleep in her own bed and we wouldn’t.

@AmericanAir after being lied about and being told my wife was screaming and cussing, which she never does ever. The employees that would net not let us on the fly told us they were not allowed to give their name or employee ID and then we were not allowed to file a complaint.

If you’re flying anywhere, @AmericanAir has left us hanging due to their rude customer service several times. I would honestly try any and every other airlines if you have a choice.

Sad @AmericanAir still has no response and has been no help. They want your money and tag you to be searched at every stop but no guts to respond to actually help. If possible use any one other than American crook line.

Got a response from @AmericanAir saying they are glad they could help reschedule our flight. Yes. $300 later and the fact your employee denied us access because we only had an hour to board the plane. I'm sure they are happy. Lol. Ban American air

@AmericanAir has shipped our bags with out us twice. There is no way it's all by accident. The horrible customer service started last Thursday. Cost us an extra $300 for a flight we was an hour early to. And have had negative experience from them. No help from American at al

Now @AmericanAir has not sent our checked bag on our flight. You see a crap pattern here. And yet they do nothing to help. Make American the lonely airline. Use another to fly.

The "random search" was only my wife and I. I could see if it was one or the other. But we still have different last names. Hmmm. Wonder how @AmericanAir the lady put us in and had us delayed and searched at every airport.

Love how the lady @AmericanAir declined our flight last Thursday because we was only an hour early, sense rescheduled we have been "randomly searched" at every checkpoint. Hmmmmm

If you are planning a flight look into other options than @AmericanAir We had a lady working behind the counter not let us board because we wasn't 2 hours early. We was only an hour early. Other employees around disagreed with her. Cost us $316 for tickets for tomorrow.

Amazing today. Get to airport an hour early and American Airlines desk lady said " nope not making this flight". Not enough time to get your bags on the plane. Then said we could put the bags up and go get on the plane with out them. AA has made this trip almost impossible.
