@AmitMomayaMD @acweyand @jrog25 A 48 hr work week likely means adding years of training to reach standards. Having trained at a ‘blue collar’ program, I think some of my best lessons were dealing with fatigue and adversity. Resiliency can be learned and is our biggest asset.
Cigna uses an automated system that allows “medical directors” (doctors employed by @Cigna) to deny a claim in 1.2 seconds without opening the patient’s file. Please read this, share it, and help us (metaphorically) burn these companies to the ground.

@drmaniortho This was a reverse. I have a pretty lenient post op plan. DC sling post op first week. Activities as tolerated. I do send them to PT for the first 6 weeks. I didn’t alter this plan

And I’ve moved more to a quad auto and find that I’m taking slightly bulkier grafts so maybe it makes some sense in those? I’d bet I’m more like @NuelleSportsMD around 2-5%
