Dear parents, STOP getting in your kids faces talking about all you did for them. Bought clothes for them? Kept a roof over they head? Fed them when they was hungry? That's your JOB. You took that responsibility on when you chose to become a parent.

Things not to say to someone with BPD: - you’re an attention seeker - everyone is unstable sometimes - BPD isn’t that bad - it’s easy to stop acting/feeling like that - stop being triggered by stuff - not SHing is easy - you’re so manipulative #worldmentalhealthday
