$lumn. comcast started a last mile peering fight 12 years ago. they restricted access to the last mile by NOT providing more circuits for lvlt, cogent and others to connect to their users. now we have 4 firms doing it again but using size requirements to block them.

$lumn. This lawsuit was settled Monday. Any guesses on what the cash flow Lumen now gets? If the Court should set the amount much lower than the $500 million Lumen demands. In arguing for so high a bond, Lumen references (at 23-24) amounts AT&T has already withheld.

$lumn. For a stock that has no friends (they dont deserve them right now) has anyone noticed the performance obligation in the 10k went from 5.9b to 7.4b this last quarter. thats a huge jump. any thoughts?
