Here is what we see the markets doing: yield curve is flattening, real rates are rising, credit spreads at the low end are blowing out, and this is hitting equities (look at equal weight). @DaveHcontrarian @davidlin_TV Thanks David. I recently heard David Rosenberg who said inflation component of the yield has not moved up and the real yield has been moving up so this would mean it has nothing to do with Iran or the war. Does that make sense?

@DaveHcontrarian @AsMinWishes What is even the thesis anymore on rates? U.S. economy is not weak. The yield increase is not only a U.S. phenomenon. Look at Japan. Look at France and esp France vs other EU countries so bond investors are sniffing out problems.

@DaveHcontrarian @AsMinWishes Warsh has now cried uncle. The reason stocks are down is because Warsh said ‘removing a dose of accommodation’ and market is penciling in 3 total raises. I understand it’s a cycle call David but in markets sometimes there is no difference between being wrong being and early.
