Hitters: No matter how good your swing is, if you don’t trust your plan or approach you’ll consistently be late for fast, early for slow while trying to cover the whole plate. Decide, trust, crush. 🧠📈

@TreadAthletics Thanks Ben, you do a great job, and provide great content- hope I can add something- emg data can give us a little more insight as well- we get more and more into the shoulder passed 90deg of shoulder abduction, because the pec has less mechanical advantage.

Much different these days! So very difficult being a parent and trying to navigate the climate of youth sports is impossible! We want to make sure that our kids have the best of everything! My Dad always likes to remind me that sometimes LESS is better and that it is OK to say NO!

In order to excel, you must be completely dedicated to your chosen sport. You must also be prepared to work hard and be willing to accept constructive criticism. Without one-hundred percent dedication, you won't be able to do this. -Willie Mays

@CoachJeffLeach The true elite mind set is hard to find, and is rare, and many times not even in the most skilled players. But again not every player is willing or able to battle the so called grind. Its ok to take time off but can you really look in mirror and say I pushed 247

Breaking News! Parents...your son isn’t not being recruited because his HS coach isn’t helping him. He’s not being recruited because he’s allergic to the weightroom/conditioning, his measureables are not good, and he gets destroyed vs good competition. Your son’s got WORK to do.

@lokationnation The best coaches are guides- the deciding factor should not be what they accomplished, it’s there focus on how they can help the ones that seek there wisdom and knowledge. Great post Dustin.

@murphyr2 @LeftyFromCT I find it funny that so many spend so much cash on the early years that when they get to the point that the player is really ready start developing they have run out of money

@serveleadcoach Is 🔥 Robert- if you like to hear yourself talk all the time don’t coach. You only teach them to be dependent on that, it only hurts them in the long run.
