I don't think I have anywhere to vent anymore so this will be my obscure vent.

In 2017, I paid Cards Against Humanity to protect a pristine plot of border land from Trump’s racist wall. But then an even richer, more racist billionaire—Elon Musk-stole my land and dumped his shit all over it. @elonmusk owes me $100 #ElonOwesMe100Bucks ElonOwesYou100Dollars.com

@Kiehls I've been calling your customer service several times and trying to chat with someone and customer service seems non-existent. My order was returned to sender (your facility) and has been in your facility for over a week now & no one can tell me when I'm getting my refund

I was not offered to have my items reordered at no charge. They insisted I place another order, which I'm glad I didn't because I still have no refund.

I've had hed PE's "Bartender" stuck in my head for months. I need an earworm to get this song out of my head. Suggestions welcome.

I call to be told my appointment was a "waiting list" appt...which makes no sense. You need to do better, Comcast. I've been doing all my own troubleshooting because when I call the bot just wants to reboot my router every time. I think I'm done ranting.

I scheduled an appointment for today, 10am-12pm. I made this appt on Sunday. I've been getting confirmation calls and texts the entire time and I've been confirming. Then this happens:

Now the customer service reps have no fault, but the fact that a chat bot pretty much prevents me from getting any service at all is ridiculous.

I should work for Comcast since they seem to get paid to do nothing.

HIGH FIDELITY was released 24 years ago this week. One of the most successful adaptations of a Nick Hornby novel, and as popular with music lovers as movie fans, the behind-the-scenes tale has to be in the Top 5 making of stories… 1/31

@TMFanSupport My account information is all correct. There is no sign of the name on my end. It seems like a name you guys have cached in with my email.

@Ticketmaster Who would I contact to get the name you guys have saved with my email address changed? It's my email address, I guess my ex entered his name on the account. I updated all the information to MY name, but emails are still populating his name. 1/2

@Ticketmaster I called support, but they were unable to help me. They claimed it was the name of the person transferring me the tickets, but that's not the case. Thank you in advance. 2/2
