You need both for a fire. Lowering either helps, but the evidence that lowering fuel works is much deeper.

ApoB is necessary for atherosclerosis.We have evidence of populations with none of the other health risk factors you listed, but still high ApoB with atherosclerosis. Where's your evidence?
