You need to learn how to read... 1st: Who said anything about Executive orders as law??? 2nd: I said that the Supreme Court's primary function is not to overide laws, it's to interpret the constitution vs the argument placed before them challenging it... The Supreme court consistently kicks cases back down to the lower circuits for resolution... They constantly have to remind Congress that it's not up to the Supreme Court to make such and such law and that they need to draft legislation for said actions to which they can then rule whether or not its constitutional... You know since Congress's primary responsible is to make laws... Are you new here???

Some of my colleagues are waiting to see how the politics shake out after the Supreme Court’s birthright citizenship ruling. I don't operate that way. I introduced my constitutional amendment months ago because I believed then that citizenship in the greatest nation on earth should mean something. It shouldn't be the automatic result of a parent successfully crossing a border illegally. Only 38 states are needed to flip it. Only 19 states voted blue in 2024. All it takes is 6 states getting on board. It's not that far fetched. Most states want border security, and anyone with a pulse can agree that coming to states illegally with the primary intent of having a child to start a reaction of chain migration is ludicrous.

In 99% of cases it's not the Supreme Courts function to overide laws. It's to interpret constitutional language and advise. Congress's job is to make laws or amend them. Also, the 14th amendment is not simple constitutional language, it is vague formating from 1866. It now needs more support rails for modern times. It's the same logic that you mouthbreathers use to try and flip the 2nd amedment everytime you have power. Get it??
