What the fuck is the point A filling up my availability if you’re going to schedule me the fucking opposite. The schedule has been trash ever since they took it out of the store

I had an older woman on pick-ups yesterday that was being rude( even her husband told her to relax) because she was upset about her Hotmail being on the loaner phone and thought I was going to help her. I had her sign out, erased it, and walked away. Don't ply with me.

Leads and Managers should be REQUIRED to know how to take GB sessions! I'm tired of getting screwed in queues and having to teach them to take sessions. How can effective lead if you can't take sessions?

Here’s the tea. The Apple Retail Employee Experience has been declining for years and complaints often fall on deaf ears. The prioritization of numbers and forcing sales is detrimental to the customer and employee experience.

Tired of being scheduled 12-9 / 1-10 every weekend and getting to work to find out we have 10-11 call-outs and 17 waiting in the queue. I think I'll be going home on my lunch.

SM at my store is not allowed to participate in interviews because she is KNOWINGLY biased toward employees she doesn't like, and I don't understand why she is still allowed to be a manager. Do they think the prejudice is only in interviews?

It’s hard sometimes because I don’t want to be that jaded employee. I don’t want to talk negatively about my job. I want to like it. I want to feel like what I imagined working for *pple would be like. But it’s hard when you consistently see the politics of just about everything.

The amount of old people babysitting we have to do in this profession is ridiculous. They’re so unreasonably helpless and they just yell at us when they don’t understand something (literally constantly).
