The best thing that’s happened to me since being diagnosed with #adhd, is meeting other people with #adultadhd - we fricken rock!
#askadhd Anyone find that their appetite is worse as the meds wear off? I’m on Elvanse AM and Dex PM - my appetite disappears around about now.
My mum has dementia and was getting very upset that she kept forgetting where she put her cigarette lighter. I bought 80 of them. They are now in every coat, draw and pocket. She's so happy when she says "I remembered!". It makes me smile that she's happy

For me I do this more when I’ve had too much freedom and have procrastinated all day. The more I do it, the less full-filled and under stimulated I feel. This leads onto an evening of uncomfortable procrastination. My head hurts with it.

So, me again asking about methylphenidate (sorry). The slurred speech stopped 🤷♀️ So, plan is to now increase the dosage and split it - 54mg, then 18mg 4 hrs later. Anyone find splitting it helped? #askadhd #ADHDAwarenessMonth

I am not going to lecture you on ill omens, but five horses, one-bloodied, bolting from near Buckingham Palace and charging through London, is up their with the shooting of the white hart in Bootle and the burning down of the 500-year old Whiteleaved Oak in Herefordshire.
