Just when I thought nerve surgeries couldn’t be any more painful the next one always ends up being much worse. Struggling with pain but don’t want to take narcotics because they make me so sick. My incisions are so painful I don’t even want to move. Such a vicious cycle😭

I’ve been released & am at the hospital to be checked out for injuries. A cop grabbed my dress & ripped it half off my body, injuring my arm. Another put his hands around my throat from behind to get me on the ground.
NYPD could literally have done anything else and it would have been fine. If NYPD didn't show up to Columbia, know what would have happened on campus? Nothing. The students would be sitting in a building. Instead, Columbia University wanted to revisit 1968.

Does your PCP require an appt to adjust a dose of a non-controlled substance? (Decreasing a SSRI) They said it’s standard when changing a dosage, but I was literally there last month. 🫠 This seems excessive to me.

@crabby30somthng You’ll get it, still new, but the more you’re there set a timer or a time limit, talk while you work, it’s also great for assessments ❤️ across the room (what can I see) how responsive are they, work of effort of breathing. Ect ect. Then do the things and ✌🏻 You’ll get it.

@RNSuperHero I have hung up on many physicians. One caught me in an elevator. He was not happy and it still makes me smile. I have worked with many great physicians and I miss that. In my opinion ED physicians are the greatest.
