Ben’s #Vikings winners/losers from week 12... purpleptsd.com/vikings-winner…
@JayOhhEEEe Well, Cousins ranks 8th in overall passer rating. Is also PFFs 5th ranked quarterback. So I’m not sure where you are getting the idea that he “plays like crap 3/4 of the game”.
(1/3) If someone tries to tell you #Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins hasn't been THAT clutch this year..... Just remind them that Cousins is first in the NFL in 4th quarter passer rating.
@JayOhhEEEe If you take a look at the 3rd tweet in this series (labeled 3/3 on my page)... Cousins also leads the league in 4th quarter touchdowns when the score is within 7 points. So it’s not “garbage time” inflating his stats.
@TexTinstarGames If the score is within 7 that's not garbage time.
(3/3) And if they STILL don't believe #Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins has been clutch.... Remind them that Cousins is first in the NFL in 4th quarter passing touchdowns when the score of the game is within 7 points.
Everyone is riding high on #Vikings QB Kirk Cousins — and rightfully so — but the team has three conceivable options in regards to his contract: 1. Extend his contract yet again 2. Eat his $45 million cap hit in 2022 3. Trade him this offseason I explored the latter.

Adam Thielen watching the end of that #Vikings win is awesome
My latest on the Kirk Cousins #Vikings contract. Is it really smart to pay Cousins top-10 QB money for an offense with the least amount of passing attempts in the league? vikingsterritory.com/2020/general-n…
Will the #vikings figure it out on Sunday? Or is the team doomed to be too bad to make the playoffs, yet too good to get a top draft pick?
Welcome to #Vikings purgatory purpleptsd.com/welcome-to-vik…
If you are a #Vikings fan watching the Arizona/Seattle Thursday night game... root for Seattle. All at 6-3, one of Arizona/Seattle/L.A. Rams has to fall off for the Vikings to squeak into the playoffs. Seattle has the easiest remaining strength of schedule in the NFL.
The Top-5 easiest remaining schedules in the NFL: 1. Seattle 2. Dallas 3. New Orleans 4. Minnesota 5. Las Vegas
A reminder than rather than benching rookie Ezra Cleveland, the #Vikings released Pat Elflein. Yes, the move saved $1 million towards an already stretched-thin cap, but more so shows the coaching staff’s confidence in Cleveland.
Monday Night Football Matchup Preview with midseason PFF grades and rankings:
Going into tonight’s game, #Vikings RB Dalvin Cook is averaging 6.4 yards per touch. The last time a Vikings running back (with at least 100 touches) averaged higher than that, eventual head coach Mike Tice was still playing TE for the team.
With the NFC West once again turning into a buzz saw, the playoffs effectively start now for the #Vikings Tonight in Soldier Field has turned into a must-win to keep post-season dreams alive.
NFC playoff picture. #Packers in top spot after Seahawks loss eliminated three-way tiebreaker. Long way to go, but this is what it looks like heading into MIN-CHI on MNF. Full playoff picture post coming later tonight.

The #Vikings may have a new curse... purpleptsd.com/the-vikings-ma…
Despite playing one less game, #Vikings running back Dalvin Cook is only five yards behind Alvin Kamara for most all-purpose yards by a running back. Cook is currently scoring more than half of the Vikings' touchdowns.
