Normalize walking away from the market for the day when you've hit your daily goal or don't see any quality setups. I personally have gave back too much gains in the past from trying to trade out of boredom or bad setups when I've already hit my goal. You'll thank yourself.

Keeping head down and grinding, hasn't been easy at all. Took most time off ever in career during this last 3 months, wish I took far more off tbh - hard to break habit of showing up no matter what. Humbled for sure. Trading is tough, but equally rewarding. Preservation is key.

Decision fatigue will DRAIN u. so try to reduce & simplify ur decision making process as MUCH as possible. NEVER overthink trades. The best QBs know that the game is won in the planning room. Once the ball is snapped (the bell rings), execute, dont overanalyze. #BearTipOfTheDay

Now, if they decide to squeeze it for whatever reason, remember the ADF risk management rules 1) never EVER short frontside unless it's a blowoff move & u're using pussy size 2) if volume doesnt fall off a cliff by 10am, lock gains & GTFO. Return post noon. #BearTipOfTheDay

So if u're a beginner, as i always say, work like a slave until u reach a decent level of proficiency. But as things start to click, slow down, FOCUS on your edge instead, and start prioritizing DISCIPLINE and BALANCE. Quality over quantity. Happy holidays folks #BearTipOfTheDay

if u're a beginner your only concern should be identifying what YOUR A+ setups are. if u're advanced your only concern should be hammering the fuck out of them when they show up. Trash setups rob u of financial AND mental capital. Not worth it in the long run #BearTipOfTheDay

Never forget, profitability is knowledge multiplied by discipline. The market doesnt give a fuck how much u know if that knowledge cant be executed properly. So take sleep seriously. Beginners fail because of low knowledge. Pros fail bc of low discipline. #BearTipOfTheDay
