Anyone else having problems with @backblaze support? The only solution to every problem I've had is to reinstall, which hasn't solved anything. Others are running into AI bots that are unhelpful.
@AnthropicAI still no human to help with errors. They are stealing credits by failing to print and then charging to print again. On a paid plan still no human after 4 days so far. No email response, nothing.
And now even the AI agent isn't answering
Anyone ever get human help from @AnthropicAI ? I have a paid subscription, and their AI agent has sent me to a "human support agent" multiple times, but it's as if no one is there.
@littupdev @AnthropicAI Every artifact regenerated is taken credits, and the console is still down. Fin's handoffs to "customer service" can take days. There's a lot more work to do ...

@AxosBank I’m not sure why the reviews are stellar. Emails to me ask for more info, but the website doesn’t say what’s needed. Customer service by phone very unhelpful. Is this how you achieve good ratings?
@Withings When you offer a discount to a customer for your defective product, you should stand by it. Very unhappy that I cannot get a product even close to what I currently have without some sort of consideration after your support team determined my product is defective.
