Aubrey Leneweaver set a new school records today in both the 55m Hurdles (8.37) and the 200m dash (26.02). She now ranks in the top 3 for Pennsylvania in both events.

One thing I do this time of year is encourage my HS xc runner clients to stay off Milesplit and Strava. They report more focus in their training and racing, less pressure and anxiety, and are so much happier doing what they love to do.

@camryn_mcgeehan opens up her sophomore spring track season with a new 5:14.77 1600m PR and a district qualifying mark.
The boys track and field team opened it's spring season on a cold day at Strath Haven (we'll be back in Upper Darby in 2024). The boys distance team brought home some medals in the 4x800 and 4x1600. Thanks to milesplit and Ryan Comstock for the pic.... @CoachRCom
