Rebalanced portfolio today while VIX was at 52. Options premiums were steaming hot. Also did some scalping on spy. Price action was somewhat predictable (6 of 6 win) Still a nasty day in the market with #Spy being down 4.4%. Pretty much took out half the gains of yesterday.

Let your winners run kind of day. Whoever panic sold Monday would have missed over 8% of the relief rally. Vix was 50 yesterday. That was an invitation to buy rather than panic sell. Vix crushed by 20% today. $SPY $QQQ $VIX
