@DLind Not saying it would be easy to do, but they are not legally untouchable, WhatsApp/Signal msgs often have to be preserved/turned over
@DLind Someone could ask an official in a deposition. Or if you had a basis you could assert that it’s happening and explain your basis. Just meant that the burden isn’t on the requester to prove records exist, burden is on agency to conduct an adequate search.

@DLind I’m so sorry. We lost Lucy, our shepherd mix, a little over 2 years ago after a 10 month battle w hemangiosarcoma (canine cancer of blood vessels) - as hard as it was to go through her illness and losing her I’m so grateful we had more time. Thinking of you ❤️
