@manny_ogana Same experience. Most small business owners don't need the newest tool, they need one boring job taken off their plate. Starting with follow-ups usually pays back fastest.
@mavestudiox Agree. When anyone can ship the features, the first five minutes of the app is where people decide. Clean onboarding is a big part of that.

@HyrumHurst Agree. For most small businesses the real cost is not tokens anyway, it's the time spent setting things up and checking the output. That's the part worth designing for now.
@DamonNelson That math is why so many agencies stall at a handful of clients. The bottleneck is usually re-explaining each brand voice, not the writing. One clear voice doc per client saves hours a week.
@MarkZofMarkZ The bot that keeps your decisions straight is the smartest one on the list. Most solo setups break because nobody remembers why a call was made. How do you log the decisions?
@bludr5 Painful lesson, but a useful one. Keeping your prompts, briefs and outputs somewhere you own makes switching models a bad afternoon instead of a lost week.
@NorthstarBrain Agent sprawl is tool sprawl with extra steps. The simple question that helps: who owns each one, and where does its output end up? If nobody can answer, it is time to retire it.
@orchaloop Keeping the brief linked beside each task is underrated. Half of scope creep is people working from memory of the brief instead of the brief itself.
@kashem76 This is the right question to ask early. Per seat looks cheap at two people and turns into a tax on hiring. Good check before signing: what does one extra part-time person cost for one month?
@MixxsyLabs The shared brand doc is the part most people skip, and it's the part that matters. Without it every assistant has its own idea of the voice. Do you keep examples of good posts in there too?
@tracireuter That's a great test. If the brief would confuse a new hire, it will confuse an agent too. Writing it for a person first is the shortcut.

Picture a plumber who finishes the last job at 6 and still has quotes to write. They describe the job once: chase three quotes and make a page saying where they work and how to book. A crew of AIs is recommended. The VA joins free. They pay for the work. A made-up example.
