Upper Second Class Honours achieved - BSc Psychology. It hurt to complete. Still recovering 4 weeks later after having to push through cognitive issues. 72% for a 3000 assignment in a day & half after a 10,000 word dissertation 🥳 much love to everyone with #longcovid 💓

@gtcjo Exactly my experience of last few days. The other week a had a cold/bug thingy it wasn’t pleasant but didn’t feel ‘covidy’ - last 4/5 days seriously achy legs and nauseous with distortions of consciousness. Felt covidy but not the long sort. Yup weirdly lemsips work for me too 🥳

I keep improving. I’m able to regain decent levels of QOL & fitness. Not sure why - I’ve altered lifestyle - Focus is - ANS soothing as if I have PTSD - keep inflammation low - keep stress low - blood thin naturally - H1\2 blockers - low fat plant based diet. 26 months #longcovid

@KiwiInLdn @Sevenblahs @a_straight_line Just nattokinase and food choices 🥳 I do feel recovery is subjective and it may simply be down to the entire context of the individual. I may simply be ‘lucky’ at present with a little window of hope. Hopefully you’re doing ok as well?

@FoggBrain Combination of iyengar yoga, pranayama, meditation and the odd shot of brandy if it gets to heightened. Fats cause me problems so I keep minimal - I am aware of pos/neg of it - Natt and food choices for thinning blood. A ton of carbs which is nutritional blasphemy for some 🥳
