@Sewgeneris @FayRipley @MartinSLewis Our electricity DD (we have no gas here) is going from £136/mth to £543! Similarly I don’t understand why some changes are proportionally so low

@OctopusEnergy Please stop harassing me for this. I’ve spoken to multiple members of your staff. It’s inconceivable that we used 11,000 watts of electricity in a month! Where is the common sense here?! We’ve proved our average usage over the past 11yrs. This has gone on too long

Wasting my life trying to explain to @OctopusEnergy that it’s ridiculous to say we used £1800 of electric in our last 6wks with them when our average useage has always been around £100/mth. Why would you estimate it at 280kwh/day when you’ve always estimated at 25kwh/day before?

@ThreeUKSupport Currently in hospital with my son, ran out of data and so purchased an unlimited data add on. It’s showing as there but is still unavailable three hours later. Any ideas how long it will take to be available please?

@ThreeUKSupport No, I was told in live chat that because I’ve changed my plan that add-one don’t work. I opted to pay £3 to get the plan change brought forward to 24hrs but over 24hrs later I still don’t have any data

@SamMaggs I know it’s irrational and that’s the most frustrating thing. If anybody has any resources or strategies that may help, please point me in the right direction! I hate the constant stomach churning and lurches

@SamMaggs I think I’m going to stop monitoring it today, y/day I got it all under control but as soon as it started to get dark & I knew monitoring was due, my anxiety symptoms kicked back in, then an ache that I was convinced was a heart attack when I tried to sleep
