Taking 24 hours+ to reply to a lead is insane. The chance of them dropping is very high. Yet so many companies take longer than this to reply to leads?!
It's very easy to fall into the multiple businesses trap You scale one to £5k/month "I could scale 5 businesses to £5k/month and make £25k/month!" It's easy to scale one business to this. Scaling 5 businesses to this at once is much, much harder... One business, One skill.
There is such a thing as too casual in cold email In my opinion, there needs to be a level of professionalism in your messaging Different for cold dms
If you have a sub 50% open rate. Your email copy is NOT the issue. The issue is your deliverability! Get new domains Set them up (DMARC DKIM SPF) Warm them up for 2-weeks Send emails ONLY to your prospects who NEED your offer. (Stop mass spamming)
In a business, If you work 5x harder, you can 5x your income. In a job, If you word 5x harder, you could get a thank you.
